Processall mixers, reactors, and dryers are particularly suited for the special requirements of FDA food and pharmaceutical GMP's. Our all stainless construction, use of sanitary S-clamp and I-line fittings, and high polish all contribute to make these units the most sanitary design in the industry.

The intense action inside these units allows them to be cleaned in place (CIP) through use of a sprayball. If designed for pressure, these units can then be sterilized in place (SIP) by injecting steam under pressure.

Materials of construction include all austentic stainless steels as well as high nickel alloys. Polishes range from number 3 to number 7 and electropolish.
